MIC Uganda Windows Phone 8 Bootcamp: Uganda Christian University

This is an exciting moment at Uganda Christian University (UCU) where we have a Windows Phone 8 bootcamp. We have an enthusiastic group of students who have taking this opportunity to learn and understand the art of developing mobile applications. There is many ideas coming through from this group of 25 students.

The Microsoft Incubation Centre in Uganda and Abdul Ssekalala @abdussekalala , have done a tremendous job in facilitating this event. It has been much anticipated and has gone very well.

There are students that expressed interest in the Microsoft Student Partnership, and wish to stand out in the technology scene. Some of the interests and topic of discussion was the DreamSpark program which enables students to get software from Microsoft for free.
