TC46 update

There was an early start for some and a late finish for others for the second TC46 meeting earlier today. The meeting included participants from (I think) 6 different time zones spanning GMT+9 to GMT-8. Those of us on the US west coast were up for a 5am start while those in Japan had to stay up late.

The size of the group is growing (good!) and it's not too late to get involved.
