This time, a real blog about Google

I am reading an excellent blog written by a few ex-Googlers. I especially like Doug Edwards's posts, which seems to be a funny guy.

The blog describes how Google felt like, from the inside, in the early days, and how the atmosphere evolved over time. It reminded me of the early days of Microsoft.

Then, I realized that this is the first blog describing this type of experiences, and I found that intriguing. On the other hand, Doug even says at one point, that writing a blog (as opposed to writing a book) is the Google way. Hmmm.. is that so? Most Google employees seem to refrain from blogging, I guess because they are busy? or maybe because their corporate culture doesn't encourage that level of openess?

But anyway, I am looking forward for more posts... :-)
