Hello Everyone... thanks for checking out my blog...
I work on some amazing cases here at Microsoft.. and I thought I would share of the neat stuff I come across every day.. it's never as exciting as the actual discovery itself.. but hopefully this will be a good reference for getting really good at troubleshooting.
I've been with Microsoft since September 2000. My job title, Support Escalation Engineer.
